“Constructive overthinking”

Research suggests more than 70% of 25 to 35-year-olds are chronic overthinkers — and it is a huge problem that eventually decreases a person’s productivity when it comes to work or studies. Overthinking can make you anxious and depressed hence resulting in time waste, and time we all know is one of the most precious entities for a person who desires to become successful in life.

There are so many tips and tricks available out there to give up overthinking eventually but those who have tried know quite well that it takes a lot of effort and willpower to get rid of it completely and to maintain that state of mind.

Remember it’s never too late for any of us, we all have choices… the only difference is the amount of time we take to choose the right one to attain that state of tranquillity that we all wish for… just change that “wish” to “desire” because it’s more powerful. Be it today or tomorrow we all will have smiles on our faces.

But no miracle can happen overnight, so now we gotta think of a smarter way to make our silent enemy our happy friend who’s going to stay with us day and night, but now we’ll be loving its presence.

Things always need not be tough as hell to get rid of, understand that you are not sick, you just think a little more than others its as simple as that. So let’s get started on this journey…

Every time you find yourself thinking of something which may not be of great importance…TAKE A BREAK !!!

Just for a second, hold your horses and take a deep breath, let some blood flow to your brain cells and let them relax a bit…

Now just think of all the important things and targets you’ve set up for yourself that need your immediate attention and now just compare the amount of time that is going to be wasted on this overthinking whereas you got tons of work on your to-do list.

This will send your brain an alert signal to terminate this vicious process of overthinking right then and there and YES there are other important things that need your attention because these tasks are the ones that are going to show you the pathway to:

-YOUR DREAMS

-YOUR DESIRE TO LEAVE THIS SLAVERY YOU ARE DOING IN YOUR CURRENT JOB

-YOUR SLACKING BUSINESS

-ALL THE DOWNFALLS

-AND WHAT NOT

The magic trick which is being suggested here in this article is not giving you a painkiller to get rid of this pain for an instant but making your brain and your body resilient with antibodies to fight it every time with courage and constructive overthinking.

I am not suggesting that you have to divert yourself from thinking anything but to use that same energy over something which actually needs and deserves your attention for this moment that is:

YOUR WORK, PRIORITIES, FAMILY, FRIENDS, HEALTH, LOVED ONES…

and if nothing then “YOU” yourself, who’s most important of all.
